Seitan O'Greatness continued...






Uses for seitan:

1. Sweet and Sour Chinese-style stir-fry, with plenty of red and green capsicum
2. Sliced on sandwiches with avocado and hummus
3. As part of a vegan anti-pasto platter
4. In pasta or rissotto in place of prosciutto
